The global impact od COVID-19 has heightened the learning curve on everything we do here at FitTrack and we know that you've felt that in your service these past few weeks. Despite our best efforts, and the passion of a team working around the clock to get your orders quickly and safely to you, we are experiencing delays in our delivery of your orders.
Your health and safety, and that of our team, is of utmost importance to us and we wantto give you full transparency on that. The introduction of important new policies and procedures in our distribution centers has caused some dealys to our usual processing time and constrained our processing capacity. This is exacerbated by delivery delays through our 3rd party delivery partners as they navigate increasing numbers of orders for delivery every day, We are working to maintain regular updates on our website regarding those delays and we ask for your patience with those services as our postal workers race to get your parcels to you.
More importantly, in part due to our focus on trying to solve the problem of delayed orders, there has been a delay in communications with you and we want to acknowledge and apologize for that. Because of you, we are able to give valuable health insights for even more amazing customers, and we never want to take that for granted.
We are a team united in trying to support you, and we can promise you that we are taking this as a learning opportunity. We promise to improve our communications with you moving forward, and to continue to work around the clock to ensure your experience with us is as wonderful as our products.
